Refunds (If Applicable)

If a package is returned due to:

  • Insufficient or incorrect address

  • Unclaimed delivery

A refund will be issued minus shipping and/or restocking fees (if applicable).

Please note: Due to current transit times, returned packages may take up to or longer than 6 weeks to be received.


Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment

  • Automated notifications will be sent to the contact information provided at checkout

Please allow sufficient time for the return inspection process. Refund posting times may vary; contact your financial institution for specific processing timelines.


Reporting Issues

Customers have 48 hours from confirmed delivery (as reported by the shipping carrier) to report:

  • Damages

  • Missing items

  • Defective items

  • Order errors

Reports submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
